Job summary

Jobtailor seeks a senior GTM engineer to architect and lead enterprise GTM systems. You will design Salesforce-based, AI-enhanced workflows and oversee complex integrations using Flow, Apex, REST APIs, and middleware.

The role requires delivering scalable solutions, mentoring GTM teams, and shaping architecture across the GTM tech stack while reporting to senior leadership.

Qualifications

• Candidates possess 7+ years in GTM Engineering or similar senior roles.
• Expert Salesforce architecture with data modeling, API integrations, and security.
• Proven track record leading multi-platform GTM tech stack projects.
• Deep experience with OOP (Apex, Python, JavaScript) and modular design.
• Experience building enterprise integrations with Workato, Zapier, REST/JSON.
• Knowledge of AI tools in Salesforce like Agentforce.

Responsibilities

• Design enterprise architecture for GTM systems and workflows.
• Lead implementation of AI-powered workflows and Salesforce agents.
• Architect and oversee Salesforce solutions using Flow, Apex, APIs and objects.
• Drive scalable system design using OOP and enterprise architecture best practices.
• Own strategy and delivery of GTM-stack integrations via Workato, Zapier, APIs, webhooks.
• Prototype and validate AI solutions with Claude Code and related tools.
• Create enterprise data models for propensity, ICP attribution, lead/account scoring.
• Collaborate with GTM leadership to translate goals into technical blueprints.
• Mentor GTM engineers, set coding standards, and oversee reviews and deployments.
• Report to senior leadership and drive initiatives across GTM tech stack.

Job description

• Design enterprise architecture for go-to-market systems
• Lead implementation of AI-powered workflows and agents using Salesforce Agentforce
• Architect, build, and oversee advanced Salesforce solutions using Flow, Apex, custom objects, APIs, and other platform capabilities
• Drive scalable system design using object-oriented programming principles and enterprise architecture best practices
• Own strategy and technical delivery of GTM-stack integrations using Workato, Zapier, APIs, and webhooks
• Use Claude Code and other AI development tools to prototype, build, test, and troubleshoot complex solutions
• Design enterprise data models and advanced scoring layers for customer propensity, ICP attribution, and lead/account scoring
• Collaborate with GTM leadership to translate business goals into technical requirements and system designs
• Mentor GTM engineers and administrators
• Establish best practices for code reviews, sprint planning, documentation, testing, and deployment cycles
• Report to senior leadership and lead technical initiatives across the GTM technology stack

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in GTM Engineering, Business Systems Architecture, or a similar advanced technical role
• Expert-level, hands-on Salesforce architecture experience, including complex data modeling, API integrations, advanced automation, and security frameworks
• Proven experience leading technical projects and architecting solutions across a multi-platform GTM tech stack
• Deep expertise in object-oriented programming (Apex, Python, JavaScript) and modular design
• Extensive experience building enterprise integrations using Workato, Zapier, JSON, REST APIs, and middleware
• Experience designing or configuring advanced AI solutions, such as Salesforce Agentforce
• Strong strategic problem-solving skills and ability to translate ambiguous executive requirements into technical blueprints
• Excellent technical communication and documentation skills, with a track record of driving system adoption
• Salesforce Architect certifications preferred
• Expertise in Salesforce Data Cloud, Revenue Cloud, and Service Cloud preferred
• Experience with Model Context Protocol, tool calling, retrieval-augmented generation, or semantic search preferred
• Experience with CI/CD tools such as Git, Gearset, or Salesforce CLI preferred
• Knowledge of GTM platforms such as Clay, LeanData, Gainsight, ZoomInfo, 6sense, or Clari preferred
• Experience managing signal-based selling strategies and propensity modeling at enterprise scale preferred
