Homeward, a remote-first real estate startup, is seeking a Principal Integrated Marketer to shape strategy and execute across channels with a player-coach approach.

You will partner with the executive team to translate priorities into demand generation programs, build a content engine, refine messaging, and support sales with compelling collateral while growing a dedicated marketing team over time.

Qualifications

• 7+ years experience in Marketing.
• Experience driving integrated marketing plans across multiple channels.
• Startup experience with a scrappy mindset.
• High creative and editorial standards.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and project management skills.
• Data-driven with full-funnel KPI definition and reporting.
• Experience in real estate or financial products is a plus.
