Elastic, the Search AI Company, is seeking a Principal who bridges marketing, analytics, and business strategy to drive revenue. You will design data architectures, build models, and guide decisions on systems, tools, and products to optimize GTM initiatives.

You will mentor analysts and collaborate with Marketing, Sales, Revenue Ops, Finance, and Data teams. You will lead the development of core data models, pipelines, and ML datasets, ensuring data quality, privacy compliance, and scalable

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a quantitative or technical field.
• 10+ years in marketing or GTM analytics at a B2B company.
• Experience designing data and analytics architecture and recommending tools to build, buy, or retire.
• Experience building business cases and influencing senior leaders.

Mansioni

• Meet with business leaders to understand problems and translate into analyses and data requirements.
• Design architecture for marketing and sales measurement and build data models and pipelines.
• Build models to show how marketing spend converts to pipeline and revenue; measure full customer path.
• Define account-based performance measures and apply with Sales and Marketing.
• Mentor senior analysts and engineers.
