Arcadis seeks a principal groundwater scientist/engineer to lead complex groundwater remediation and water resources projects. The role emphasizes quantitative hydrogeology, CSM development, and advanced modeling to support environmental programs across the US and beyond.

Candidates will have 15–20 years’ experience, an MS in a related field, PE or RG/PG credentials, HAZWOPER training, and strong communication with clients and regulators. Travel and field oversight are often required.

Qualifikationen

• 15–20 years of experience in groundwater science.
• MS in Geology, Hydrogeology, Engineering, Environmental Science or related discipline.
• Knowledge of environmental and water resources regulatory regime across the United States.
• Professional Engineer (PE) or Registered/Professional Geologist (RG/PG).
• 40-Hour OSHA Hazardous Waste Operations and Emergency Response Training.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Clean driving record; education and certification verification.

Aufgaben

• Quantitative/qualitative interpretation of hydrogeologic systems.
• Develop Conceptual Site Model (CSM) and remedial system concepts.
• Analytical calculations and water resource evaluations.
• Remedial system design and performance evaluation.
• Prepare technical reports and presentations; mentor junior staff.
• Coordinate with project teams, clients and regulators.
