Responsibilities

• Plan and implement strategies to streamline Principal Gifts programs.
• Track prospect strategies, solicitations, and activities for robust reporting.
• Serve as liaison to cross-functional teams across Penn schools and centers.
• Manage data integrity of the Principal Gifts portfolio and support Compass (Salesforce) discussions.
• Prepare customized reports for team meetings and donor touchpoints.
