Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree; 1+ years of relevant experience or equivalent combination accepted.
• Familiarity with planned giving vehicles and tax laws related to charitable giving.
• Proficient in Microsoft Suite and virtual meeting technology (Zoom).
• Exemplary interpersonal and communication skills; inclusive environment.

Responsibilities

• Articulate Penn State’s needs, ambitions, and values through communications.
• Assist evolution of the OGP’s marketing efforts leveraging technology.
• Coordinate with internal partners and external vendors on marketing.
• Develop and produce communication tools, proposals and reports.
• Manage leads tracking and analyze results to evaluate marketing impact.
• Coordinate stewardship with OGP colleagues; engage Atherton Society members.
• Solicit and close technically simple bequests; research prospects for donors.
