V-Soft Consulting Group seeks a Principal Forward Deployed Engineer to lead ARM delivery for a premier client in San Francisco, CA, with remote work options. The role requires deep enterprise engineering background and extensive Salesforce experience, including Revenue Cloud, with strategic focus on catalog, pricing, and quoting.

You will define integration contracts, orchestration of orders, assets and billing, and ensure seamless cutover without duplicate invoices, while leveraging ARM

Principal Forward Deployed Engineer, Agentforce Revenue Management (ARM) - Remote for our premier client in San Francisco, CA.

Education And Experience

• 12+ years in enterprise engineering, including 8+ on Salesforce and 5+ on Salesforce

Certifications

• Required: Salesforce Certified Revenue Cloud Consultant, or equivalent demonstrable ARM delivery.
• Preferred: Salesforce Certified Agentforce Specialist; architect-level credentials (Application, System, Integration, or Data Architect, or Technical Architect); Platform Developer II; Salesforce CPQ Specialist; a professional-level cloud or data certification.

Knowledge, Skills And Abilities

Integration and migration

• Define integration contracts and failure handling for every connected system, set the load patterns into ARM, and plan how legacy CPQ and ARM coexist.

Catalog, pricing, and quoting
