Job description

Engineering Director - Salesforce

Primary Location: Remote

Education And Experience

• 18+ years of software engineering experience , with significant experience in senior engineering leadership
• Proven experience as an Engineering Director / Senior Engineering Leader in a product engineering
• Experience designing and building microservices, distributed systems, REST APIs, event-driven architectures and cloud-native applications.
• Strong experience with at least one major cloud platform — Azure
• Experience building and scaling engineering organizations and mentoring senior technical talent.

Knowledge and Skills

• Strong hands-on background in software engineering, architecture and application development
• Strong understanding of DevOps, CI/CD, automated testing, security, observability and performance engineering.
• Demonstrated ability to remain technically hands-on and contribute to architecture and complex technical decisions.
• Strong Salesforce engineering and architecture experience, including development, customization and enterprise integrations.
• Strong experience with modern Web Technologies.

Preferred Experience

• Experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, CPQ and Revenue Cloud.
• Experience with Salesforce integration technologies and enterprise integration patterns.
• Experience building large-scale / CRM / SaaS platforms.
• Experience with AI/ML or GenAI-enabled product engineering.
