Job summary

Credence Management Solutions, LLC is seeking a principal-level Software and Hardware Test Support role in Ohio, supporting AFLCMC/WAM F-16 division. The role involves coordinating test resources, airworthiness documentation, and flight test support across multiple DoD ranges and test facilities at Wright Patterson AFB.

The ideal candidate has Top Secret clearance and extensive DoD flight test experience, with advanced degrees as specified, and will work within a team addressing weapon system

Qualifications

• Must have an active Top Secret clearance verifiable in DISS.
• Master's or Doctoral Degree in a related field with 20+ years of DoD experience, at least 12 years in DoW/DoD.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field with 25+ years of DoD experience, at least 15 years in DoW/DoD.
• Or a minimum of 30 years of directly related experience with proper certifications as described in the PWS labor category.

Responsibilities

• Assist development of test documentation such as test releases and airworthiness memorandums and coordinate test resource scheduling for fighter weapons systems integration test infrastructure.
• Assist with collecting required documentation from vendors such as software release and safety of flight memos and coordinate required approvals through the program office and ACC.
• Create and interpret Air Force Form 1067 requirements documentation and Temporary 2 (T-2) modification documentation for ground and flight testing.
• Provide technical assistance to develop and coordinate test requirements between the prime Contractor, program office IPT, AFTC, and required test agencies.
