Job summary

Credence Management Solutions, LLC is seeking a senior Software and Hardware Test Support in the Eglin AFB, FL area to aid AFLCMC/WAM F-16 division. Responsibilities encompass test documentation, resource coordination, airworthiness processes, and coordination with multiple agencies to enable hardware and software fielding.

Qualifications

• Must have an active or current Top Secret security clearance verifiable in DISS.
• Master's or Doctoral Degree in a related field and a minimum of ten years of experience in the respective technical discipline.
• Bachelor's Degree in a related field and a minimum of twelve years of experience in the respective technical discipline, five of which must be in the DoW/DoD.
• Fifteen years of directly related experience with proper certifications, eight of which must be in the DoW/DoD.
• Recommend a minimum of three years of experience planning or conducting military flight test programs.
• Recommend expertise in planning, directing, and integrating all aspects of the test and evaluation functions pertaining to the development, acquisition, and deployment of aeronautical weapons systems.

Responsibilities

• Assist development of test documentation and coordinate test resource scheduling for fighter weapons systems test infrastructure.
• Collect required documentation from vendors for software release and safety memos and coordinate approvals.
• Create and interpret Air Force Form 1067 and T-2 modification documentation for airworthiness and flight release.
• Provide technical assistance to develop test requirements between prime, program office, AFTC, and other test agencies, including FAA approvals.
• Support program management, test management and systems engineering for fighter weapons systems OFP software development, test and fielding.
• Develop TEMPs and master test plans; review DT&E and OT&E test plans and reports.
• Utilize government flight test deficiency reporting systems for verification and guidance.
• Coordinate aircraft tracking and test configuration with AFMC maintenance modifications.
• Troubleshoot and resolve ground and flight test anomalies in hardware, subsystems, sensors, and weapons systems integration.
• Support fighter weapons systems integration including missiles and air-to-ground weapons.
