Job summary

Credence, headquartered at Wright-Patterson AFB, OH, seeks a F-16 Systems Principal (Test Pilot) to support AFLCMC/WAM for the F-16 program and related FMS efforts. The role requires extensive DoD experience, senior program and test management, and a TS clearance.

Collaboration across multiple USAF and FMS initiatives is expected. Responsibilities span system integration, test planning, and cost estimation, with emphasis on securing successful trials and fielding of F-16 capabilities.

Qualifications

• Active Top Secret clearance required.
• Master’s or Doctoral degree in a related field with extensive DoD experience.
• Bachelor’s degree with 25+ years in the field or 30 years with related certifications.

Responsibilities

• Support F-16 USAF and FMS systems integration and configuration.
• Develop and execute integration and acquisition strategies for F-16 programs.
• Support testing, cost estimating, and scheduling for F-16 programs.
• Assist with program protection and security guidelines for CPI and IA.
• Coordinate with ACC, DT&E/OT&E and other stakeholders on requirements and test plans.
