Role Overview:

We are seeking a senior business developer with a proven track record in financial advisory, capable of generating over $5M in annual revenue by leveraging relationships with C-suite executives in PE firms, banks, and institutional investors. The role involves building trusted relationships, leading practice growth, managing complex projects, and representing Worley at industry events.

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate revenue through strategic client engagement and business development.
• Lead and grow the Financial Advisory practice, shaping strategy and acquiring talent.
• Manage complex advisory projects ensuring quality and client satisfaction.
• Enhance brand visibility through thought leadership and industry participation.
• Drive innovation in tools, methodologies, and analytics.
• Embed safety and sustainability into all activities, aligning with net-zero goals.

Qualifications:

• 15+ years in Financial Advisory, with expertise in M&A, debt financing, or ESG financing.
• Proven business development success, generating over $5M annually.
• Extensive network in New York's financial sectors with C-level relationships.
• Experience at top-tier consulting, investment banking, or boutique advisory firms.
• Preferred: Knowledge of energy, infrastructure, and energy transition financing.

Educational & Certification Requirements:

• MBA, BS in Finance/Accounting, or equivalent.
• Certifications like CFA or CPA are advantageous.
