Job summary

Northrop Grumman Aeronautics Systems in Melbourne, FL is seeking a Principal Program Cost and Schedule Control Analyst (Level 3) or Sr. Principal (Level 4) to join a team of qualified professionals. The role focuses on EVMS, budgeting, and cost reporting within an IPT environment.

The position requires a bachelor/master with relevant experience, ability to obtain a U.S. Government Secret Clearance, and proficiency with Deltek Cobra, SAP S4, and MS Excel/PowerPoint. On-site work is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 5 years experience in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting or industry related field OR Master’s degree with 3 years experience in Business Management, finance, accounting, and/or industry related field.
• Must have the ability to obtain and maintain U.S.Government Secret Clearance within a reasonable period, as determined by the company to meet its business needs.
• Must have the ability to obtain and maintain Program Access within a reasonable period, as determined by the company to meet its business needs.
• Must have experience with Business systems (such as SAP, Cobra, etc.)
• Must have financial forecasting experience with EVMS and government cost reporting.

Responsibilities

• Interface with program managers and CAMs to provide financial support and analysis.
• Establishment of Work Breakdown Structure for execution of budgeted cost of work scheduled and related EVMS tasks.
• Budget baseline maintenance, funding analysis, and preparation of government cost/performance reporting.
• Develop budgets, ETC/EAC, and conduct variance analyses.
• Proficiency with Deltek Cobra, SAP S4, MS Excel/PowerPoint and related tools.
