Job summary

JobScore, Inc. seeks a Principal Trainer to develop and deliver Epic EHR training and support for clinical and operational end users across hospital, clinic, and community partner sites in a hybrid SF setting.

Expect collaboration with Epic teams, curriculum development, go-live training, and responsive end-user support. The role requires 3–5 years of relevant experience, a health IT degree, Epic Cupid certification, and the ability to obtain Epic clinical certification and TED within 12 months

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of relevant experience.
• Bachelor's degree in health care information technology, computer science, or related area.
• Epic Cupid certification.
• Must obtain Epic clinical application certification and TED certification within 12 months of hire, plus internal credentialing.
• Broad knowledge of clinical applications including design, development, training, QA, testing and evaluation.
• Must complete full medical clearance for onsite or hybrid work.
• Epic certification in ClinDoc, Inpatient, Ambulatory, ASAP, and/or Orders preferred.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Epic teams and operations to build role-based training curricula and scenarios.
• Deliver 1:1 training, in-services, and classes across multiple sites including go-live support.
• Provide user support, troubleshoot issues, and document system issues for escalation.
• Support design, build, testing, and implementation of clinical systems with clinicians.
• Serve as a training resource on functionality, efficiency, cost, policy and performance on medium-sized projects.
