Job summary

ERM is seeking a Principal Technical Consultant, Engineer/Geologist/Scientist Project Manager to lead complex environmental projects from Ewing, NJ. You will guide remediation strategies, manage client relationships, and mentor junior staff while ensuring safety and regulatory compliance.

Requirements include a PE or PG license in NJ (or reciprocity), NJ LSRP active status, and 6+ years in site investigation/remediation with strong CERCLA/RCRA experience. Travel is required.

Qualifications

• Progressive site investigation and remediation experience.
• PE or PG license in NJ or reciprocity, and LSRP active.
• Leadership of complex environmental projects and mentorship.

Responsibilities

• Lead high-profile site investigations, risk assessments, and remediation projects.
• Plan field activities: sampling, drilling, well installs, vapor intrusion, remediation construction.
• Prepare technical reports, work plans, and conceptual site models.
• Mentor staff and support business development and client relations.
