Job summary

Roblox is seeking a Principal Security Engineer to lead the Enterprise Security program in San Mateo, CA. You will set the security strategy across endpoints, SaaS platforms, supply chain, and identity management while guiding governance for AI agents and agentic workflows.

You will mentor senior engineers, drive secure-by-design practices, and collaborate across IT, Corporate Engineering, and business teams to balance security with business needs.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in enterprise security design and implementation.
• Experience with AI/agentic security concepts and governance.
• Strong knowledge of IAM, SSO, MFA, OAuth 2.0, SAML and related standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise security strategy across endpoints, SaaS, supply chain, and identity management.
• Define governance and guardrails for AI agents and tooling; manage threat models.
• Evaluate vendor solutions and automate with low-code/no-code where possible.
