Roblox Corporation is seeking an Engineering Manager for Enterprise Security in San Mateo, offering a hybrid schedule. You will lead a security software engineering team, own the roadmap, and drive security across AI and the enterprise supply chain.

You will partner with Corporate Engineering, DevOps, IT, and Product to embed security into enterprise systems, shaping risk management and balance between innovation and security.

Qualifications

• 8+ years combining software engineering and security, including 2+ years managing engineers with a track record of hiring and growing strong technical teams.
• Current proficiency in at least one systems or backend language: Python, Go, or Rust.
• Strong background across two or more of endpoint security, network security, enterprise application security, and identity and access management.
• Working understanding of human and machine identity and authentication protocols (OAuth 2.0, OIDC, SAML 2.0, SCIM 2.0).
• Proficiency with security-relevant system design: session management, authorization, audit logging, rate limiting, secret storage.

Responsibilities

• Lead and grow the team: Hire, coach, and develop a team of security software engineers.
• Own the Enterprise Security roadmap: Define and drive strategy across the team's domains.
• Security for AI, and AI for security: Set direction for how AI is deployed safely and how AI accelerates security work.
