Roblox is seeking a Principal Security Engineer to define and execute our enterprise security strategy across corporate infrastructure. You will design, deploy, and govern security solutions, and scale them with low-code automation while ensuring secure-by-design AI adoption.

You will lead governance for AI agents, evaluate vendor platforms, and mentor engineers across IT and product teams to reduce risk and strengthen security posture. This role is based in San Mateo, CA.

Qualifikationen

• 10+ years of security leadership with cross-functional experience.
• Hands-on experience securing AI and agentic systems.
• Knowledge of IAM: SSO, MFA, OAuth 2.0, SAML, SCIM, privileged access, and machine identity.
• Experience designing or operating low-code/no-code workflows.
• Deep knowledge of endpoint, SaaS, and supply chain security and risk management.
• Strong understanding of zero trust architecture and SOC 2 / ISO 27001.
• Ability to read/write scripts (Python or similar) is a plus.
• Expertise in Google Workspace, Okta, and OSQuery is a plus.

• Embed security controls into enterprise systems, workflows, and AI adoption.
• Mentor senior engineers and lead threat modeling and security reviews.
