Blue Shield of California is seeking an ERM Specialist, Principal to lead day-to-day execution of the ERM program across the Ascendiun Family of Companies. You will develop risk identifications, assessments, aggregation, and reporting using the company’s GRC tool, shaping mitigation strategies and risk-informed decision making.

Qualifikationen

• Requires a bachelor’s degree or high school diploma with 4 years of relevant experience in lieu of a degree.
• Professional certifications (CPA, CIA, FSA/ASA or CFA) and additional degrees (MBA or JD) preferred.
• Requires 10 years of prior relevant experience and mastery of Enterprise Risk Management standards and processes.

• Execute ERM program deliverables: Enterprise Risk Assessment, Top Risk Profile, risk scenario modeling, KRIs, risk register, and policy upkeep.
• Enhance risk evaluation methodologies based on industry standards and best practices.
• Partner with risk owners to develop, document, and implement mitigation plans.
