Ascensus is seeking a proactive ERM professional to lead risk management efforts, oversee incident response, and coordinate privacy-related activities across the enterprise. You will work with leaders to identify risk, monitor controls, and drive improvements in governance processes.

The role emphasizes collaboration with senior management, cross-functional coordination, and ensuring protection of confidential data throughout the data lifecycle in a dynamic financial services environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2–4 years of financial services experience in risk management, audit, compliance, or transfer agency
• Strong analytical, problem solving, and organizational skills
• Effective collaboration with senior management across functions
• Knowledge of internal controls, governance, and enterprise risk management
• Ability to manage multiple tasks to tight deadlines

Responsibilities

• Identify risk exposure and analyze potential impacts
• Manage incident response program including meetings, reporting, and corrective actions
• Triage incidents, assess root causes, and escalate as needed
• Support internal risk assessments at multiple levels
• Support privacy program updates and incident evaluations
• Coordinate risk-related communications to senior Leaders
• Assist with enterprise risk projects and governance updates
• Protect confidential data and ensure proper handling across data lifecycle
