Job summary

Thrive is seeking a Principal Architect to lead Enterprise client projects, owning technical strategy and coordinating Thrive engineering teams across multiple workstreams. You will be the hands-on technical lead, aligning customer goals with secure, scalable solutions.

The role requires deep experience with Windows Server, cloud and network infrastructure, and strong communication to executives. You will influence project outcomes and drive efficient, secure execution.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree, Technical Degree or equivalent work experience.
• 6-8+ years of Administrative and/or Project experience with Windows Server and related technologies.
• 6-8+ years of workstation, network, and/or public cloud support experience.
• Experience with monitoring and remote management tools.
• Experience working with highly complex technical projects involving multiple workstreams.
• Self-motivated with ability to work both independently and in a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Technical ownership of Thrive Enterprise client projects related (but not limited to) the following: Microsoft 365 Platform Thrive Security Service Offerings Cloud Infrastructure Platforms (VMWare, Azure, AWS) Network Infrastructure Windows Server Technology Line-of-business Applications
