Job summary

Thrive is seeking a Principal Architect to lead technical projects for Enterprise clients, devising implementation strategy and orchestrating Thrive engineering teams as the technical project lead. Hands-on engineering and technical decision making as needed are expected.

You will coordinate engineers across distributed teams, translate customer needs into technical solutions, and ensure successful outcomes within Thrive Project Plans, Orders and Scopes of Service.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or technical degree or equivalent work experience.
• 6-8+ years of admin and/or project experience with Windows Server and related technologies.
• 6-8+ years of workstation, network, and/or public cloud support experience.
• Experience with monitoring and remote management tools.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the successful technical execution of projects as defined within Thrive Project Plans, Orders and Scopes of Service for Thrive's Enterprise clients.
• Hands-on engineering involvement and technical decision making as needed.
• Coordinate engineers from multiple distributed teams and translate customer needs into technical realities.
• Communicate project plans, impacts and testing procedures to clients at technical and executive levels.
