Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required; will consider progressive experience in lieu of education.
• At least 11 years of information technology experience.
• Extensive Salesforce development experience and CRM implementations (Sales Cloud/Service Cloud).

Responsibilities

• Lead across the consulting lifecycle from problem definition to solution deployment.
• Guide teams on project processes, deliverables and client training; contribute to proposals and capability building.
