• Proven Staff/Senior Staff/Principal-level impact (or equivalent).
• Strong judgment in systems design and technical tradeoffs.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Current stack: TypeScript, Python, React, PostgreSQL.

Responsibilities

• Lead system design and architecture for high-impact initiatives.
• Write and review production code; raise engineering standards.
• Partner closely with product/design and cross-functional stakeholders.
• Drive delivery in ambiguity and fast-moving startup conditions.
