Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field; master's preferred.
• Significant experience in continuous improvement and manufacturing operations.
• Experience in medical devices or healthcare environments a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead and drive OpEx initiatives across manufacturing to improve efficiency and quality.
• Develop CI strategies using Lean and Six Sigma and implement daily management systems.
• Manage OpEx projects from initiation to completion with cross-functional teams.
• Analyze operations data to identify trends and root causes; report to senior management.
• Mentor teams in Lean methodologies and coordinate Kaizen events.
