Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering; master’s degree preferred.
• Certification in Lean Six Sigma (Black Belt or Master Black Belt) or equivalent.
• Experience with quality management systems and regulatory requirements in the medical device industry.

Responsibilities

• Lead and drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency, reduce waste, and improve product quality.
• Develop and implement CI strategies including Lean and Six Sigma to achieve goals.
• Manage OpEx projects from inception to completion with clear timelines and outcomes.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to identify opportunities and define measurable goals.
• Analyze operational data to identify trends and root causes; present performance improvements to leaders.
