Baxter International Inc. is seeking a quality-focused professional to implement and maintain quality systems in the Devices departments at our U.S. facility. The role includes interviewing and training staff, driving continuous improvement, and coordinating with global plant functions.

The position requires a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, knowledge of quality systems, and FDA manufacturing experience. Six Sigma Green Belt and Lean manufacturing are preferred; travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Microbiology, Biology, Chemistry or Engineering required.
• Good knowledge of quality systems and procedures.
• FDA manufacturing experience required.
• Six Sigma Green Belt or equivalent preferred.
• Lean Manufacturing skills and experience preferred.

Responsabilités

• Implementation of quality systems, processes and procedures in the Devices departments.
• Interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning, directing, and evaluating work.
• Support continuous improvement, equipment/system upgrades and new equipment/systems.
• Cross-functional teamwork across plant functions and globally.
• Train and integrate new associates; manage area technicians.
