You will drive transistor-level design, verification, and optimization from concept through mass production, coordinating with digital, packaging, PCB, and test teams. The role requires a Master’s in Electronic or Electrical Engineering and 5+ years in high-speed IC design, including SerDes, CDR, and clocking circuits.

Formación

• Master's degree in Electronic or Electrical Engineering with 5+ years of analog/mixed-signal IC design experience.
• Experience in high-speed SerDes design and CMOS process-aware layout is required.
• Strong background in design verification, testing, and post-silicon debug.

Responsabilidades

• Own complex analog/mixed-signal blocks for automotive SerDes products across development cycles.
• Perform transistor-level design, simulation, and verification of high-speed circuits.
• Define architecture and specs for blocks and system signal chains (NRZ, PAM-4, PAM-8).
• Supervise layout reviews, EM-extraction, and post-layout verification in RF/high-speed contexts.
• Lead silicon validation, characterization, and root-cause analysis; develop automated tests.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with digital, packaging, PCB, and test teams to ensure margins.
