Job summary

Analog Devices, Inc. is seeking a senior CMOS design engineer for its Advanced Cores Group in the United States. The role focuses on transistor-level circuits, high-speed data converters, and SerDes PHY design using Cadence and SPICE tools.

Qualifications

• M.S. or higher in Electrical Engineering.
• 5+ years of CMOS design experience.
• Experience with wide bandwidth amplifiers, comparators, switched capacitor circuits, references, and LDOs.
• Experience with high-speed data converters or SerDes PHY design is a plus.
• Cadence schematic capture and SPICE simulation experience.
• MATLAB for behavioral modeling.

Responsibilities

• Collaborating with a team of designers to implement key circuit blocks.
• Comprehending system level impacts of block parameters and making trade-offs as needed.
• Designing challenging transistor-level circuits.
• Preparing design documents and conducting design reviews.
• Guiding layout, evaluation, and test engineering teams.
