  • Define architecture and specs for blocks and system signal chains (NRZ, PAM-4, PAM-8).
  • Supervise layout reviews, EM-extraction, and post-layout verification in RF/high-speed contexts.
  • Lead silicon validation, characterization, and root-cause analysis; develop automated tests.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with digital, packaging, PCB, and test teams to ensure margins.
