Job summary

LeoForce seeks a Principal Engineer, Product Validation to lead productization of innovative MEMS timing devices. You will collaborate cross-functionally to ensure system-level performance and drive verification across development and production stages.

We value self-motivation, strong communication, and hands-on leadership while solving complex timing challenges. Exceptional candidates with alternate backgrounds may be considered.

Qualifications

• MS or PhD in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• 10+ years in productization of semiconductor sensor-based devices.
• Experience leading engineering project teams and verification/characterization plans.

Responsibilities

• Grow and lead a team of engineers responsible for validation, characterization, and release-to-production of MEMS-based timing products.
• Interface with cross-functional teams, vendors, and manage projects across different sites.
• Plan and execute device verification and characterization.
• Design, develop, and validate PCB test platforms and firmware for automated data acquisition.
