Job summary

SiTime is seeking a Senior Staff Product Engineer to lead end-to-end development and production ramp for state-of-the-art mixed-signal timing products, from concept to qualification, production release, yield improvement and end-of-life.

The role requires collaboration with Design, Test, Quality, Operations, Applications, and external suppliers to ensure products meet datasheet specs, JEDEC/AEC standards, and customer requirements, while guiding test strategy, BOM management, and KPI achievement.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of semiconductor product engineering experience.
• Strong analog/mixed-signal circuit background.
• Experience with PLLs and clock generators is desirable.
• Experience with ATE tester platforms such as Teradyne J750 or Advantest 93K.
• Experience developing qualification hardware and/or software.
• Familiarity with JEDEC and AEC qualification standards.
• English proficiency required.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end product engineering from concept through end-of-life.
• Define ATE test, product qualification, and manufacturing strategies.
• Lead NPI and product release into manufacturing.
• Develop datasheets, automotive compliance documentation, and technical reports.
• Own BOM release and maintenance.
• Lead supplier and customer excursion management.
• Drive yield improvement through data analysis and corrective actions.
• Monitor KPIs and report findings to teams and leadership.
• Optimize test coverage, DFT, manufacturability, and robustness.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship.
