Job summary

SiTime, the Precision Timing company in Tempe, AZ, is seeking a Senior Staff Product Engineer to lead the development and ramp of state-of-the-art mixed-signal timing products. You will own end-to-end product engineering from concept through qualification, production release, yield improvement, and end-of-life.

Collaborating with Design, Test, Quality, Operations, Applications, and suppliers, you will ensure datasheet specs and customer requirements while meeting JEDEC/AEC quality standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field required.
• Master's or Ph.D. preferred.
• English proficiency required for professional environment.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end product engineering from concept to end-of-life.
• Lead ATE test definition, qualification, and manufacturing strategies.
• Drive NPI and product release into manufacturing with Tier 1 compliance.
• Develop datasheets, automotive compliance docs, and technical reports.
