Qualifications

• Licensed PE required.
• ABET-accredited bachelor’s or master’s degree in engineering.
• 10–15 years of engineering design and project management experience.
• Strong leadership and mentorship skills for guiding junior engineers and project teams.
• Ability to lead large-scale engineering projects and provide expert guidance.
• Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and development of complex engineering projects, providing expert technical guidance to project teams.
• Provide leadership and oversight for a multidisciplinary team of MEP engineers.
• Prepare detailed engineering drawings, calculations, and technical reports, ensuring regulatory compliance.
• Serve as the primary technical expert on projects, solving complex design challenges.
• Mentor and lead junior engineers to foster professional growth and technical excellence.
• Conduct quality control reviews at key milestones to ensure accuracy and goals.
• Collaborate with architects, contractors, and consultants for seamless integration of systems.
• Oversee construction administration tasks, including submittals and site visits.
• Participate in client meetings and presentations with technical input.
• Stay current with industry advancements and innovative materials.
