T&M Associates in Columbus, Ohio seeks a Principal Engineer to lead site/civil land development design and drive growth of our Land Development practice. This role offers visibility and a clear path to regional leadership while shaping client relationships in a collaborative office culture.
The ideal candidate will have 10+ years of land development experience, a Civil Engineering degree, and ideally a PE license, with proficiency in AutoCAD, Civil3D, and stormwater modeling.

T&M Associates is committed to pay transparency and equitable compensation practices in compliance with applicable laws, including the New Jersey Equal Pay Act. T&M estimates that the salary range for this position will fall between $105,000-$135,000. The actual salary offered may vary within this range, depending on a variety of factors including the candidate’s experience, educational qualifications, specific skills and knowledge, as well as internal pay equity and geographic location.
