T&M Associates is currently seeking a Group Manager to lead our Community and Land Development Market. This is an excellent opportunity for a seasoned civil engineering professional with strong leadership, technical, and project management experience in land development. This position can be based in any of T&M’s Pennsylvania offices, including King of Prussia, Philadelphia or Bethlehem.
The ideal candidate will bring 10+ years of progressive experience in site development and civil design, along with a proven track record of successfully managing projects, clients, and teams. This hybrid position offers a flexible work environment, allowing for a mix of remote work and in-office collaboration.
T&M Associates is committed to pay transparency and equitable compensation practices in compliance with applicable laws, including the New Jersey Equal Pay Act. T&M estimates that the salary range for this position will fall between $140,000 - $175,000. The actual salary offered may vary within this range, depending on a variety of factors including the candidate’s experience, educational qualifications, specific skills and knowledge, as well as internal pay equity and geographic location.
