This site-based role emphasizes close collaboration, real-time problem solving, and proactive equipment stewardship to ensure manufacturing excellence.

Qualifications

• Experience in reliability, maintenance, engineering, manufacturing, or operations environments.
• Experience leading complex projects and cross-functional teams.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems and reliability practices.
• Experience using maintenance management and asset performance systems.
• Knowledge of cGMP environments, engineering standards, and maintenance best practices.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
• Ability to influence stakeholders and drive continuous improvement in a regulated manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop and lead reliability strategies that improve asset performance and equipment uptime.
• Partner with Manufacturing, Engineering, and Maintenance to support site goals and regulatory compliance.
• Lead root cause investigations and reliability improvement initiatives to prevent recurring failures.
• Analyze maintenance and asset performance data to identify trends and improve programs.
• Optimize asset criticality assessments and spare parts strategies to support business continuity.
• Establish and monitor reliability KPIs and communicate results to senior leadership.
• Support audits, continuous improvement activities, and new equipment projects for long-term reliability.
