The ideal candidate holds a CA-licensed P.E. or RA and has 15+ years of leadership experience in engineering/construction management, with a strong track record of business development and project delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; 15+ years of experience in architectural/engineering or construction management.
• P.E. or RA license required in California where applicable.

Responsibilities

• Lead and direct high-profile projects, acting as Principal-in-Charge where appropriate.
• Manage project portfolios, define scope, assess risk, and oversee billing and fees.
• Develop external work and attract clients to SGH.
• Mentor staff and lead multidisciplinary teams across offices.
• Support litigation, expert services, and industry leadership activities.
