Qualifications

• B.S. or M.S. in Fire Protection Engineering is required.
• 10+ years of progressive experience in fire protection engineering with leadership.
• PE licensure in Fire Protection Engineering is required.
• Experience with fire protection modeling tools such as FDS, Pathfinder, or CONTAM is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-level fire protection engineering consulting and code interpretations.
• Lead complex, multi-disciplinary projects, managing scope, schedule, budget, and client expectations.
• Build and strengthen client relationships, lead proposals, and contribute to business development.
• Support the long-term growth of SGH’s Fire Protection practice, including identifying market opportunities.
• Supervise and mentor engineering staff and collaborate with SGH practice areas.
