Job summary

Qualifications

• Degree in Architecture or Engineering; professional licensure (PE or RA) required.
• Ability to work in a team environment and meet deadlines.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Experience with Bluebeam, AutoCAD, Revit and Microsoft Office preferred.
• Willingness to travel to remote job sites and have acceptable Motor Vehicle Record.

Responsibilities

• Act as project manager for small to medium-sized projects.
• Design remediation and restoration concepts for existing buildings; draft drawings and specs for bidding and construction.
• Provide site visits, review submittals and RFIs during construction administration.
• Perform design reviews and prepare reports documenting investigation findings and recommendations.
• Mentor entry-level and junior staff; manage multiple projects and budgets.
