You will design, develop, test, and integrate software, mentor engineers, and collaborate across teams in a high-stakes environment. The role requires strong leadership, a Secret clearance, and extensive experience in real-time embedded systems.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of embedded software development with RTOS.
• Experience in Agile development methods, including Scrum, automated testing, and CI.
• Active and transferable Secret U.S. government security clearance.
• Typically requires STEM degree with 8+ years of experience or advanced degree with 5+ years of experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct support to stakeholders with questions and technical issues.
• Develop and implement software to meet customer and certification needs.
• Produce high-quality software builds in an integrated test environment.
• Derive software requirements, create UML diagrams, and code from designs.
• Mentor junior engineers and collaborate with Senior/Principal software engineers.
• Assist in software requirements verification and testing phases.
