Qualifications

• Typically requires STEM degree with 8+ years experience or advanced degree with 5+ years experience.
• Ability to obtain/maintain U.S. government security clearance; U.S. citizenship required.
• Experience with embedded Linux, C/C++, scripting (Bash, Python), and board bring-up.

Responsibilities

• Lead design, development, integration of complex software for aerospace/defense systems.
• Mentor engineers and collaborate across functional teams to meet performance goals.
• Develop Linux OS ecosystem: kernel, rootfs, bootloader, drivers, BSP.
• Prepare builds for simulation, reference platforms, and target hardware.
• Support root cause analysis and debugging with hardware tools.
