Job summary

Northrop Grumman Aeronautics Systems seeks a Principal Sr. Electrical Engineer to lead the Common Products Test Engineering group in Rancho Bernardo, CA.

The role covers end-to-end testing of LRUs, PCBA assemblies, and related test processes, requiring hands-on electrical engineering expertise and cross-functional collaboration. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a STEM field with related engineering experience or higher.
• Experience with electrical test equipment and automated testing environments.
• Ability to obtain/maintain US Government Secret clearance in a timely manner.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical leadership across lifecycle of LRUs/WRA PCBA testing.
• Analyze schematics, perform component-level troubleshooting, and support RCAs.
• Collaborate with design, manufacturing, quality, and supply chain to improve test processes.
