Job summary

Northrop Grumman is seeking a Principal Electrical Engineer – Vehicle Subsystems & Integration to lead and contribute across hydraulic and electrical subsystem development. Responsibilities span concept to sustainment with SCRD, requirements analyses, and integration across platforms in multiple U.S. locations.

You will guide multidisciplinary teams, perform system-level testing, and present updates to senior leadership while ensuring airworthiness and compliance with clearance requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelors/Masters/PhD in a STEM field with related experience as specified.
• Proven ability to lead a system from concept to sustainment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to brief executives.

Responsibilities

• Design hydraulic and electrical schematics for aircraft subsystems.
• Lead system architecture development, trade studies and testing.
• Coordinate with suppliers and subcontractors as SME.
• Present technical briefings to senior leadership and stakeholders.
