Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; 12+ years electrical design experience.
• Altium schematic capture and PCB layout expertise.
• Experience with automation robotics or automotive platforms in harsh environments.
• Familiar with PDP/phase-gate processes and safety requirements.
• Knowledge of EMC/EMI design and safety standards (SIL / ISO 13849 / IEC 61508).

Responsibilities

• Lead designs from concept to production for full bot-level electrical systems.
• Own schematic and PCB layout, signal integrity, and EMI/EMC considerations.
• Mentor designers and drive PDP phase gates and design reviews.
• Coordinate with PLM and contract manufacturers for production ramp.
• Plan tests and validate safety, function, and robustness; support failure analysis.
