Electrical Engineering Project Lead
Location: 50 Apple Hill Dr, Tewksbury, MA (ASSABET BLDG)
Responsibilities
- Candidate will work as part of a highly motivated team, collaborating with cross‑functional project teams within a larger program or internal research and development effort.
Qualifications You Must Have
- Degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM) and a minimum of 8 years of relevant experience.
- Experience leading complex technical projects.
- Experience with electrical hardware design and development, including adherence to design standards.
- Experience presenting to various levels of management, including internal and external customers.
- Experience using Microsoft Office, Microsoft Project, SAP, and/or other scheduling/cost management tools.
Qualifications We Prefer
- Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent discipline.
- Earned Value Management certified.
- Familiar with PCB and FPGA design.
- Subcontract management experience.
- Experience in proposal writing, including cost estimation.
- Ability to assimilate inputs from multiple sources and derive design and operational requirements.
