Electrical Engineering Project Lead

Location: 50 Apple Hill Dr, Tewksbury, MA (ASSABET BLDG)

Responsibilities

• Candidate will work as part of a highly motivated team, collaborating with cross‑functional project teams within a larger program or internal research and development effort.

Qualifications You Must Have

• Degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM) and a minimum of 8 years of relevant experience.
• Experience leading complex technical projects.
• Experience with electrical hardware design and development, including adherence to design standards.
• Experience presenting to various levels of management, including internal and external customers.
• Experience using Microsoft Office, Microsoft Project, SAP, and/or other scheduling/cost management tools.

Qualifications We Prefer

• Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent discipline.
• Earned Value Management certified.
• Familiar with PCB and FPGA design.
• Subcontract management experience.
• Experience in proposal writing, including cost estimation.
• Ability to assimilate inputs from multiple sources and derive design and operational requirements.
