Job summary

Job description

What You Will Do
  • Work closely with a team of engineers to develop proven designs based on system performance and operational specifications.
  • Design, analyze, simulate, test, and document analog and power design products.
  • Resolve production issues related to existing product designs.
  • Provide support to production, integration, and test activities.
  • Perform design, test, and production support work within the bounds of a given schedule.
  • Present reviews of technical data to program leadership and technical staff.
  • Engage in personal technical growth, and facilitate technical growth in peers.
  • Lead small teams to success with schedule, budget, and technical execution.
  • Travel to Tewksbury, MA; Marlborough, MA; Andover, MA; Woburn, MA; and/or Pelham, NH as required.
Qualifications
  • Degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM); minimum 5 years of prior relevant experience or an advanced degree plus 3 years of experience.
  • Design, test, and/or production experience with analog or power electronics, power systems, power conversion, power distribution, power sub‑system design and/or control systems.
  • Experience in modeling and simulation using PSPICE, MATLAB/Simulink, or similar computer‑based tools.
  • Preferred: Experience with requirements development; demonstrated ability to lead/manage small teams; experience generating technical documentation and reports; knowledge of test and production methods for electronic components; experience interfacing with procurement, manufacturing, and external suppliers; hardware development experience in a Department of Defense environment.
What We Offer

Salary range: $86,800 - $165,200 USD.

Relocation Eligibility: This position is eligible for relocation.
