Lead power and control system design, drive diagnostics, and mentor engineers while collaborating with interdisciplinary teams. The role emphasizes design excellence, client communication, and proven leadership in electrical engineering for utility, rail, and industrial infrastructure projects.

Qualifications

• Licensed Electrical Engineer or ability to obtain within the first year.
• 15+ years of relevant industry experience with control/power systems expertise.
• Bachelor's or higher in electrical, power, controls, or systems engineering.
• Self-starter with growth mindset and commitment to technical excellence.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead electrical power and control system design, diagnostics, and troubleshooting across projects.
