Job summary

Wiss, Janney, Elstner Associates, Inc. (WJE) seeks an Associate Principal or Principal Electrical Engineer to expand our electrical engineering practice in Doylestown, PA.

The role emphasizes leadership in power and control systems design, diagnostics, and project execution across a range of industrial applications. You will contribute to client relationships, project strategy, and mentoring while collaborating with interdisciplinary teams and advancing WJE's technical excellence and industry

Qualifications

Licensed electrical engineer or ability to obtain within the first year.
Minimum 15 years of relevant industry experience in control and power systems, design and specification, and forensic investigation.

Responsibilities

Lead technical project execution focusing on power and control systems design, diagnostics, and troubleshooting.
Manage multiple concurrent projects and act as primary client contact and Electrical Engineer of Record.
Mentor teammates and contribute to the growth of the consulting practice.
Cultivate client relationships and participate in industry organizations and knowledge sharing.
