Northrop Grumman is seeking an Electrical/Principal Electrical Engineering Technical Lead for the Sentinel program in Roy, Utah. The role focuses on design of facility electrical systems, power generation, distribution, and integration with weapon system requirements.

The candidate will lead a design team, collaborate with stakeholders, and ensure compliance with MIL specs and industry standards while mentoring junior engineers.

Qualifications

• Must have a STEM degree with required experience per level.
• US Citizenship with active DoD Secret Clearance.
• Experience with power-system design and analysis tools.

Responsibilities

• Support design requirements for electrical power generation, conversion and distribution.
• Attend program reviews to provide status updates.
• Collaborate with integration teams across the project.
• Coordinate electrical system content and work products.
• Research, evaluate and integrate electrical/electro-mechanical systems.
• Demonstrate leadership and strong interpersonal skills.
